I work in a loose association with other experts in organization development and process consultation. All efforts to alter what isn’t working well or to achieve a new goal in an organization requires a change initiative because it requires a new narrative, energy, strategy and commitment from all levels of the organization. When the size of the change initiative demands it, I will call upon colleagues and partners to assist me under my leadership. We are a community of practice who share knowledge, constantly generate new ideas, and prototype new methods and approaches to organization change.
